In 2020, during the first activity of photographer Carlos Castro’s photography course, we went on a trip to the La Viñuela reservoir.

It was the first time I was taking photos with a more professional camera. I still remember my early days, learning to use the settings: exposure, ISO, and shutter speed.

That’s why the following photos may show some common beginner mistakes, but I still wanted to share them, out of affection for them and to remember that summer.
